Your product will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days of you placing your order, and will take roughly another 15 to 25 days of transit for the item to reach your doorsteps.

The estimated delivery time for each product at Smart Kitchen Corner is stated in the product description.

As soon as your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will let you take tabs of where your product is at all times.

Instead of returning the product, you can simply contact us for a full refund.

Why? Each and every return leaves a carbon footprint, which is in oppose to our support for environmental friendliness and sustainability.

Just tell us what went wrong, send along a photo, and we will give you your money back in full.

Then, if possible, you can donate the product to your local charity, or give it to someone who need it.

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive the package within the specified timeframe for each individual product. However, sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of these things : give it away, donate it, recycle it, or enjoy it.

If there is an issue with your order - if it is the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us (and photos will be much appreciated), and we will give you a refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you don't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
