To fix a hook onto your wall, or underside of your cabinet/shelf :

• Next, carefully tear off the back of the protective film on the base plate
• Paste the base plate onto the cleaned surface. Then press it firmly and evenly against the wall or the underside for about 10 seconds
• Fix the hook onto the base plate, and it is ready for use
